In 1995 as a young entrepreneur, Alon changed industries and opened a business to business Cellular Communications Company. Applying the concept of providing superior face-to-face service, Alon and his team were able to trailblaze through the new and exciting world of cellular communications. In 1997 when the new Nextel technology was introduces, the push-to-talk walkie talkie like products opened a whole new way of communicating especially for fleets. Focusing on business to business sales, Alon specialized in auto dealerships. Servicing some of the largest dealerships in Sothern California such as Galpin Ford, Keyes Automotive, Robertson Honda, kept Alon and his team busy for many years.

Once Ready-Mix companies and Concrete Pumpers were introduced to the push-to-talk technology, it changes the way they did business as well. Communication was fast and easy, allowing them to back each other up, cover each other’s jobs, and have a durable communication tool that could handle the tough concrete industry. Alon found his true niche in the Ready-Mix world. Alon has worked with some of the larges Ready-Mix companies nationwide.
As the cellphone craze market was getting saturated and dying down, it was time to make another career move. Alon wanted to choose an industry that would allow him to continue servicing the Ready-Mix and Concrete Pumpers world.

In 2002 Alon entered the insurance world specializing in the in the familiar world of Ready-Mix Companies. Offering such coverages such as Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, Property, Inland Marine and much more, Alon was a one-stop-shop for all his client’s needs.

Knowing the ins-and-outs of the concrete world has helped Alon protect his concrete clients when they need him most, after a claim. “Making sure that all my clients are properly protected, is my ultimate priority. Knowing that their business is their livelihood, I make sure they are protected so that they can sleep comfortably at night which allows me to sleep at night”
